New Song Coming Soon! Style, Genre, Title Reveal?

Hi everyone!

As you can see, I've got a new song coming out on April 23rd! 🎹 💗

Let's talk about it!

Lyric-wise, I wanted to create something very different from "Deep Breath of Sunshine" (click here if you wanna listen to that song!). This new song has a darker theme, and the lyrics will be a bit sadder. However, the song still ends with a positive message about learning to conquer life independently, without anyone else's permission or validation.

Genre-wise, I wanted to switch things up too! Have you ever heard of "Future Bass?" It is a sub-genre of EDM (electronic dance music). It is a style known for its heavy bass, intense synth chords, and drops similar to dubstep. I used this Future Bass genre as inspiration during production. Additionally, I added some orchestral instruments like violins and cellos, which add a beautiful lush feel to the song.

I think this song serves as a fascinating contrast to DBOS's happy, upbeat rock/pop style.

I plan to reveal the title of my new song this coming Monday (April 12th). Until then, do you think you can guess the title? In this post, I have provided a hint!

Like before, I am so excited to share a new song with you. I don't think I'll ever get used to the feeling of sharing my musical creations like this. It's so fun and I hope you have fun hearing my music and watching me improve as a musician.
