I finally released my 4th song! Now That We Can is an upbeat EDM song with a message of hope. I really challenged myself to create something unlike my previous songs, and this is what I came up with!
The lyrics in this song are extra special, as they are a subtle tribute to BIGBANG, a group of fellas that I love very much. The song tells the story of a phoenix, who finds his strength to fly again after many years of healing his wings. I hoped the words in this song empower listeners to find their own strength to start fresh this 2022 after years of uncertainty.
The instrumental is exciting and uptempo compared to my two previous songs, Piano Heart and Ruins. The drop has a gritty synth bass and fluttery vocals, meant to mimic a bird soaring through the air.
Now That We Can quickly became my most viewed song on YouTube, surpassing 1,000 views in just a day and a half! For a little singer like me, that is huge.
